On June 17, 2025, Astana is set to host the II Central Asia – China Summit under the chairmanship of the President of Kazakhstan, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, Official Spokesperson of the Kazakh Foreign Ministry Aibek Smadyarov said at a briefing today.
Presidents of Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan, as well as Chinese Leader Xi Jinping will take part in the event.
The participants will discuss a wide range of issues concerning strengthening trade-economic ties, transport interconnectivity , energy, innovations, and sustainable development.
