Making a statement on the subject, Simion claimed that the elections were interfered with by state and non-state actors.

In his statement, Simion addressed the Constitutional Court and officially requested that it annul the elections held in May 2025. Emphasizing that the reason for the annulment request was the same as the annulment of the December elections, Simion claimed that the elections were intervened by external interventions of state and non-state actors.
