"S-300 is an expensive system. It costs a lot, does Serbia have the funds to pay for it?," Rogozin asked as he spoke to reporters in St. Petersburg, during the international economic forum (SPIEF) there. 
Rogozin said that Serbia is "much more interested in creating a close-combat air-defense network and for this we have the Tors and the Buks, weapons for close-range and medium-range combat." 
"As for the S-300s and S-400s, they are for long-range combat. Therefore it will depend on how much money the Serbian government is prepared to spend," the Russian official said.
