The webinar titled “War made of Wars,” the fourth of the Eurasian Conferences organized by AVİM, was held on 10 June 2021.

In the webinar, Prof. Ed Erickson, the author of many books on Ottoman and Turkish military history and an authority in this sphere discussed his latest book “The Turkish War of Independence, A Military History, 1919-1923” (Praeger Publishing, May 2021) which provides a holistic account of the Turkish War of Independence as one of the most important and multi-dimensional episodes of the Turkish history that was succeeded by the establishment of the Republic of Turkey.
