Greece is in ongoing communication with the United Kingdom and Germany regarding the weapons systems that may be included with the Turkish Eurofighters, according to sources at the Ministry of Defense.

Earlier this week, Turkey reached a $5.6 billion agreement with Germany and the UK to purchase 40 Eurofighter jets.

London and Berlin are keeping Athens informed about the deal, with Greece particularly concerned about the types of weapons the aircraft will be equipped with.
