AVİM Director Retired Ambassador Alev Kılıç, AVİM Senior Analyst Dr. Turgut Kerem Tuncel and AVİM Analyst Hazel Çağan Elbir exchanged views on the developments in the South Caucasus with EU South Caucasus Representative Toivo Klaar and the European Union Foreign Relations Delegation.
