The Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) has reached an agreement to establish a unified air defense system, aiming to enhance security and strengthen cooperation among its member states. 

The decision was finalized during a meeting of the CIS Heads of Government Council in Moscow, with representatives from all member nations, including Uzbekistan, signing the agreement.

The initiative outlines the phased development and funding of the air defense system, with the goal of reinforcing the collective defense capabilities of the CIS countries.
