The Center for Eurasian Studies (AVİM), on 24 November 2016, will host Prof. Dr. Mustafa Budak, faculty member at Istanbul University Institute of Ataturk's Principles and Revolution History, to deliver a conference titled The Armenian Question in Terms of Public Diplomacy.

Prof. Dr. Mustafa Budak, who served as the Deputy Director General of State Archives between 2004 and 2015, continues his works on the Caucasus, the National Struggle and the Turkish Foreign Policy in the 19^th and 20^th century.
