Library
The Center For Eurasian Studies Library (AVİM Library) became operational in 2009, the year AVİM was founded. The library houses a multilingual collection containing more than 2000 materials. The AVİM Library is being expanded with new acquisitions each year and all publications are being catalogued in an online data base. As the cataloging process is continuing, not all pieces in AVİM's collection have been transferred yet to the new public catalogue.
Access
The AVİM Library is open to experts and researchers working in the fields of International Relations, Political Science, Law, Sociology, and Psychology. Arrangements must be made in advance for library use.
Applications Guidelines
1) The “User Form” must be duly filled and signed.
2) The duly filled and signed “User Form” should be forwarded via email to AVİM, together with the relevant copy of institution or university identification.
3) Response will be given via email.
4) Users whose appointment request are approved can use the library for the approved period. If the approved period is missed for any reason, a new filled and signed form must be submitted for a new appointment.
5) Individuals using the AVİM Library must adhere to the library's rules.
Library Usage Rules
The AVİM Library is open only to users who have submitted the necessary forms and whose application has been approved. The library is open for use by appointment only.
Items can only accessed within the AVİM Library and cannot be taken outside. Library loans for individuals or inter-library loans are not permitted. No photocopier is available for use in AVİM.

Monday to Friday, 10:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Closed for public holidays and similar days.
